Midwest Logistics LLC (“Midwest Logistics,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides fulfillment, warehousing, inventory management, and related support services.

This policy describes information handled through our website, business inquiries, and connected fulfillment tools, including the Midwest Logistics 3PL Shopify app. Separate service agreements may contain additional provisions governing customer information and fulfillment operations.

Information we handle

Information you provide: When you contact us, we receive information you submit, which may include your name, company, email address, telephone number, ecommerce platform, estimated order volume, and message.

Please do not submit passwords, payment-card numbers, government identification numbers, or other sensitive information through the general inquiry form.

Website information: Our website and its service providers may process IP addresses, browser and device information, pages visited, referring websites, timestamps, cookie identifiers, and information used to detect technical problems or suspicious activity.

Shopify and fulfillment information: Depending on permissions granted and services used, connected tools may access merchant contact details, products, SKUs, inventory locations, orders, customer contact and delivery information, and fulfillment or shipping records. The Shopify app’s published permissions also identify device and activity information.

How information is used

Information is used to:

• Respond to inquiries and prepare service proposals.
• Establish and support customer relationships.
• Coordinate inventory, orders, fulfillment, shipments, and related communications.
• Support authorized store connections and product or shipping configurations.
• Diagnose problems, maintain services, and prevent misuse.
• Maintain necessary business records and address legal obligations or disputes.

Midwest Logistics does not sell client or merchant-customer personal information or use that information for targeted advertising or remarketing.

Service providers and information sharing

Information may be handled by authorized personnel and providers supporting hosting, email, website maintenance, analytics, security, ecommerce connections, warehouse operations, and shipping.

Google provides Analytics and reCAPTCHA services. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform through which merchants authorize the Shopify app. The app listing identifies Skynet Solutions, Inc. as its developer.

Information may also be disclosed when legally required or reasonably necessary to investigate misuse, protect rights, or address security incidents.

If you are a customer of a merchant using our fulfillment services, contacting that merchant first will help identify your order and request. You may also contact Midwest Logistics for assistance.

Please identify the relevant store, account, or order when contacting us, but do not send passwords or payment-card information.

Security

We work to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. No website, email service, or storage system can guarantee complete security.
